Sesame Chicken Wings made w/ bisquick
Ingredients
20 Chicken wings (about 4 pounds)
2 tbs. Margarine or butter - melted
l 1/2 c bisquick baking-mix
1/2 c Sesame seed
2 tsp. Paprika
1 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
2 tbs. Milk
1/4 c Margarine or butter - melted
Preheat oven to 425F.
Separate chicken wings at joints; discard tips. Spread 1-tablespoon
margarine in each of 2 rectangular pans, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Beat eggs
and milk with fork in bowl 1. Mix baking mix, sesame seed, paprika,
mustard and salt in bowl 2. Soak chicken in egg mixture in bowl 1 and
then coat with sesame seed mixture in bowl 2. Arrange close together
in pans.
Drizzle 1/4-cup margarine over chicken. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes
or until brown and crisp.

bisquick Sausage Balls Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound breakfast sausage
3 cups bisquick mix
1-pound cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine sausage, bisquick and grated cheese and mix very well. Form
into 1 to 2 inch size balls. Place balls on un-greased baking sheet
and bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
May be made ahead and frozen.

Spicy Corn Fritters w/ bisquick
Ingredients
Vegetable oil
4 cups original bisquick mix
1-cup cold water
2 eggs
2 cans (15.25 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans (4.5 ounces each) chopped green chiles, well drained
Salsa (any variety), if desired
Directions
Heat oil (2 to 3 inches) in deep fryer to 375°F. Stir bisquick mix,
cold water and eggs in large bowl with spoon until smooth. Stir in corn
and chilies. Drop batter by small spoonfuls into hot oil. Turn and fry
until evenly golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with salsa
