Crabmeat brunch Casserole

Ingredients
1 pkg. or can of crabmeat
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2/3 c. milk
2 c. finest-cut noodles, uncooked
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions
Drain crabmeat thoroughly and break into small pieces. Blend soup with milk and mayo. Stir in noodles and crabmeat. Turn into a buttered casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Serves 6

brunch Rice Casserole

1/2 stick butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup slivered or sliced almonds, toasted
1-4 or 6 oz can mushrooms
2-14 1/2 cans beef consommé'
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1 3/4 cups uncooked instant rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small skillet melt butter and sauté onion. In a casserole dish, mixed sautéed onion with remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, for 1 hour and 1 minute.
