Beef, pork, or chicken
Mix together taco seasoning and zesty Italian. With a fork, pierce wholes in the desired type of meat Coat meat with the dry mixture. You can either spray meat with cooking spray or rub with cooking oil to seal the meat, but it is not necessary. Place meat in a Ziploc or bowl and pour in the proper soda according to the type of meat. Marinate at least 6 hours (the longer the better). Best if grilled, but can be broiled.
Red Meat Marinade
3/4 c. oil
Combine all ingredients together, with wire whisk. Use as a marinade on London broil, Flank steak, Sirloin, etc. This sauce will last 2 to 3 days when marinating with red meat.
3/4 c. salad oil
Marinade several hours or overnight. Grill meat (turkey breast takes approximately 1 hour on foil). Marinade can be frozen for reuse. Marinade good for turkey, chicken breasts, pork chops, and deer steaks.
