Frosty Strawberry Shake:
1 1/2 cups orange juice, chilled
Put orange juice, silken tofu, and banana into blender container and whirl until smooth. Add frozen strawberries and blend well, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Add honey if a sweeter taste is desired. Yields four servings, 1 cup each. In a diabetic exchange is 1 1/2 fruits, 1 lean meat.

Blueberry Velvet Cheesccake Smoothie
1 (8-ounce) container blueberry yogurt
Combine the yogurt and grape juice in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
